Michael Cole Dasinger, 24, of Fortson, GA, and Scaly Mountain, NC, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.
Born in Columbus, GA, he was the beloved son of Shane and Lisa Dasinger. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancée, Maggie Couey of Alamo, GA; one brother, Dustin Dasinger of Fortson, GA; maternal grandparents, Lynn and Rita Chandley; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Faye Dasinger; aunt, Kathy Cobb and husband Jack and cousin, Ashley Moore.
Cole graduated from Harris County High School with honors and was a member of the shotgun team. He received a degree in construction management from Georgia Southern University where he was Vice President of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He was a Project Manager for Futral Construction and member of the Highlands Rotary Club. He enjoyed duck hunting, woodworking, barbecuing, bonfires, and boating on Lake Martin with his family.
A Memorial Service will be held at Oakhurst Farms in West Point, GA at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 20th.
