Good, Kind, Gentleman
John was a member of our 2:00 Water Areobics Class. His kindness was exemplified by his help to a young boy with disabilities who came with his guardian to swim at the pool. The moment Ricky would come in the door he was yelling John, John. Although John may have wanted to swim laps or participate in water aerobics, he spent time being a mentor to Ricky and teaching him how to swim.
Being in the class with mostly women, John was always the gentleman and we enjoyed talking and laughing with him. We would exercise to music and when a song came on that John knew, we would love hearing his deep bass voice singing in the back of the pool.
We loved John and will miss him!
