My thoughts and prayers are with George's family. I knew George for thirty years and worked alongside him when I served as Chief Deputy with the Swain County Sheriff's Department, I always found him to be a kind professional. More importantly I always found him to be a true, trusted and valued friend. Please accept my deepest felt condolences. RIP George secure in the knowledge that you will be missed by many.
