Condolence: What a blessing it was when Larry and Martha starting attending the Prentiss Church of God. I appreciate how you both set an example of a beautiful Christian marriage, Christian service and love for your fellow man for myself and my children. You both made an effort to reach out to my teenage children and other youth church members and, as a single mother, that touched my heart more than anything. Martha challenged me to be a better person and was unafraid, but loving, if I needed some constructive criticism. I know that I could count on her to pray when I needed prayer, mentor me when I needed mentoring, and love me no matter what. She will be greatly missed and my love and prayers are with Larry and her children.

Condolence: Heaven's gain is our loss. I pray for comfort to Larry, the children, and all of the friends Martha made on her sojourn with us. I love that picture as it captures Martha's infectious joy and laughter that she shared with us. I was privileged to be with Larry and Martha at Prentiss Church of God as well as share many shows with them at the Smoky Mountain Performing Arts Center in Franklin. I appreciated Martha's encouragement to me as a teacher and her deep insights into the Word of God. I enjoyed when she would share a testimony of God's hand moving in her life. Now Martha gets to hold the hand of the One, who stretched out his arms for the world.
