Donald P. Rascher, 86, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017.

Born in Onarga, Illinois, he was the son of the late Fred Rascher and Elsie Hasselbring Rascher. Donald retired from Illini Swallow Lines where he worked as a bus driver, he also was a bus driver for Harrah’s Casino and worked at Burger King.

He is survived by his wife Wilmajean Bailey Rascher and four children.
