Obituary for Keith Holland

Keith  Holland
Keith Holland, 76, of Franklin, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017.

Born and raised in Franklin, he was the son of the late Vernon Luther Holland and Illa Mae Potts Holland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Van Holland. Keith was a US Army veteran, a founding member of Gem Capitol Auto Club and member of Sugarfork Baptist Church.

He is survived by three sons, Rev. Brian Holland and wife Tammy, Kevin Holland and wife Susanne and Hugh Holland and Michelle Engert all of Franklin; seven brothers and sisters, Otela Bolick and husband Bobby, Carol Ashe and husband Roy, Arbutus Bolick and husband Larry, Mary Sue Sanders and husband Ray, Alice Taylor and husband Perry, Alvin Holland and wife Sharon and Phillip Holland and wife Elaine; sister-in law, Becky Holland of Franklin; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Joshua and Nathaniel Holland, Kory DePaola, Anissa and Claire Holland; one great grandson, Aidan Holland and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 21st in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate. Burial will be in the Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetery with military rites conducted by VFW Post 7339 and American Legion Post 108.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 20th at Macon Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Four Seasons Hospice, Four Seasons Development Office 571 South Allen Road Flat Rock, NC 28731.
