Obituary for Eva Mae Smith (Donaldson)
Eva Mae Donaldson Smith, 96, of Franklin, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017.
Born in Macon Co, she was the daughter of the late Henry Carl Donaldson and Lela Tallent Donaldson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arlin Smith and four brothers and sisters, Robert Donaldson, Charles Haskell Donaldson, Hallie Johnson and Lola Donaldson. Eva was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by one brother, Boyd Donaldson of Cleveland, GA; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 8th in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Reeves and Rev. Judson Hall will officiate. Burial will be in Tellico Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Rhodarmer, Lloyd Cap Donaldson, Luke Weeks, Bobby Joe Donaldson, Billy Joe Donaldson and B.J. Donaldson.
Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
