Clark David Herrmann, 91, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016.

Born in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Fred Herrmann and Dorothy Clark Herrmann. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Herrmann. Clark was a US Navy veteran, serving during WWII. He was a member of the Boume Temple Masonic Lodge in Baltimore, MD and was a Shriner.

He is survived by his companion, Jean Porter; one daughter, Sharon Bradshaw of Baltimore, MD; one brother, George Herrmann of Baltimore, MD; two grandchildren, Dawn Wallace and Denise Mills; three great grandchildren, Bree Wallace, Savannah Mills and Lilli Mills and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 10th in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate with VFW Post 7339 and American Legion Post 108 performing military rites.

The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 a.m., prior to the service at the funeral home.

Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
