Stuart Maxwell Gleman, 71, of Kissimmee, FL, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 in Franklin, NC.
Born in Charleston, SC, he was the son of the late Paul L. Gleman and Lydia Jane Malcolm Gleman. Stuart retired from the Kennedy Space Center where he was a physicist and engineer. He was an ultra-distance runner and founded an ultra-distance run in Titusville, FL that is held annually.
He is survived by three brothers, Jon Gleman of Maitland, FL, Michael Gleman of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Mark Gleman of Live Oak, FL and one sister, Mary Snyder of Reedy, WV.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Florida.
