Betty  Leona  Cochran (Talley)
Betty Leona Elliott Cochran, 81, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015.

Born in Macon Co, NC, she was the daughter of the late Will Talley and Dovie Henry Talley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Lester Elliott; her second husband, Clyde Cochran and three brothers, Ernest, Clyde and Roger Talley. Betty loved spending time with her family and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Anita Cloer and husband Bobby of Franklin; two sisters, Jane Cabe and husband Robert and Alice Holleman both of Franklin; sister in-law, Mattie Kay Talley of Franklin; sister in-law, Pallie Talley of Denver, NC; two grandchildren, Deuane Cloer and wife Debbie and Leslie Vanhook and husband James both of Franklin; four great grandchildren, Ale, Jared, Joshua and Bailey; one great-great grandchild, Will and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 7th at Grace Baptist Church. Reverends Howard Southard, Andy Cloer and Frank Rodriguez will officiate. Burial will be in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be James Vanhook, Owen Shelton, Dewayne Smith, Johnny Cloer, Gary Holland and Joe Deal.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Angel Hospice General Fund, 170 Church Street, Franklin, NC 28734.
