Obituary for Michael Spearman

Michael F. Spearman, 75, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Francis and Mary Nowosielska Spearman. Michael was an alternative fuel consultant, traveling the world and the U.S. promoting the use of natural gas as a vehicle fuel, especially for diesels.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Alberta Hipson Spearman; four children, Darlene Webb of Boston, MA, Raymond “Bill” Pluschau of LaGrange, GA, Douglas Pluschau of Hollywood, FL and Stephen Spearman of Kissimmee, FL; sister, Kathleen Blois; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, August 23, at the Resurrection Lutheran Church. Pastor John Brunner will officiate.
