Robert Joseph  Woolbright
Robert Joseph Woolbright, 65, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015.

Born in West Palm Beach, FL, he was the son of the late Thomas Edward Woolbright, Jr. and Louise Marie Bisceglia Woolbright. Robert was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. He was active with the Boy Scouts and Lions Club International.

He is survived by three children, Jeanna Woolbright of Dillsboro, NC, Thomas L. Woolbright and fiancé, JuliaMarie DiGiorgio of Franklin, and Kimberly Murphy and husband Matthew of Franklin; one brother, Ralph Thomas Woolbright of Reno, NV; two grandchildren, Abagail Murphy and Christopher Murphy; two step-nieces, Kelli and Sandy and several great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his special canine companion, Zeus and was preceded by another companion, Patches.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 18th at St. Francis Catholic Church. Father Tien Duong will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Monday, August 17th at Macon Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
