Gladys Leona Busch Sustarsic, 90, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015.

Born in Middleburg Heights, OH, she was the daughter of the late William H. Busch and Elsie Trapp Busch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph F. Sustarsic Gladys was a member of First Baptist Church as well as Sunday School and various church activities. She was a member of the Prime Time Singers and a few of her hobbies included crossword puzzles and word search puzzles.

She is survived by; four sons, Joseph R. Sustarsic and wife Margaret of Franklin, Robert J. Sustarsic and wife Jennifer of Warwick, RI, Terry L. Sustarsic of Franklin and Daniel F. Sustarsic and wife Joan of Philadelphia, PA; sister, Edna Klienpeter of Brunswick, OH and sister-in law, Betty Gamiere of Euclid, OH; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and ten nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 12th at First Baptist Church. Dr. Robert Brown and Rev. Jack Garrett will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to First Baptist Church, 69 Iotla Street, Franklin, NC 28734.
