Obituary for Abram "Abe" Manogue

Abram “Abe” Manogue, 57, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2015.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of Geraldine Mosher Anderson of Franklin and the late Abram Manogue, Jr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Manogue and his step dad; Ronald Emil Anderson. Abe was the accounts receivable manager at Macon Valley Nursing Home and taught computer classes at SCC.

In addition to his mother, Geraldine Mosher Anderson, he is survived by his wife of 15 years, Bonnie Holland Manogue; two sons, Paul Manogue of Sylva, Gary Gibson of Franklin; two daughters, Amanda Touger of Glendale, AZ and Heather Manogue of Sylva; three brothers, Robert Manogue and wife Sue of Aurora, CO, William Manogue of Philadelphia, PA and James Anderson of Loves Park, IL; four sisters, Glenna Ninos of South Haven, MS, Barbara Manogue of Philadelphia, PA Laura Benson and husband Bruce of St. James, MO and Terry Elliott and husband Frank of Dover, FL and five grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 16, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Alton Dendy and Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. Monday, prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.
