Jerry David Green, 24, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, November 29, 2014.

David was preceded in death by his grandmother, Susan Courson. David was a member of Louisa Chapel United Methodist Church and he owned and operated Quick Quality Sign Company. His passions in life were football, wrestling and hunting. David will be remembered for his sense of humor, smile and big heart. If you were around Davie, you were happy and laughing. He had a thirst for life and passion for his family and friends.

He is survived by his father, Curtis Green and wife Darlene of Franklin and his mother, Nicole Courson of Otto; paternal grandparents, Jerry Green and wife Patricia and John Courson all of Franklin and Darlene Mills of Miami, FL; maternal grandparents, Don and Barbara Kovacs two sisters, Samantha Casey Green and Sarah Kovacs both of Franklin; two brothers, Robbie Kovacs, II and Brandon Kovacs both of Franklin; and other family members, Lesher Green, David Courson, John Courson, Hope Courson, Rob Kovacs, Tina Hughes, Aleah Nicole Hopkins, Ricky Hopkins, Preston Lopes, Parrish and Debbie Young, David and Kim Brabson, Haylee, Brice, Mason, Megan and Jared Courson, Keira Thompson, Josh, Kayla, Jacob, Parrish and Jeremiah Young.

Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, December 4, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Randy Campbell and Rev. David Crunkleton will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, prior to the service at Macon Funeral Home.
