Helen Drown Bilger, 83, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014.

Born in Peabody, MA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Eugene Drown and Blanche Bascom Drown. Helen retired from Florida Power where she worked as a data entry operator. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. Helen enjoyed her doll collection (she had over 55 dolls), was a NASCAR fan, enjoyed reading, loved her pets and took care of a lot of stray cats and dogs.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Clifford Bilger and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 6 in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Father Tien Duong will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. prior to the service.

Macon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
